Madhattan Beach on the 4th of July, 1988 - If you add a little holiday spirit and alcohol to the Strand in Manhattan Beach, you get something called Madhattan Beach where you might see anything, like girls wearing matching patriotic cut-offs, being attacked by a guy with silly-string.
